摘 要:针对提高化铝用铸铁坩锅抗融蚀寿命的实际问题,选用价格较低、耐高温、抗融蚀性好的 Al2O3陶瓷材料作为坩锅内壁的工作层,采用等离子喷涂技术来提高其抗融蚀性。但由于Al2O3陶瓷涂层的致密性差、结合强度及抗热震寿命低等缺点,不适宜化铝坩埚在720℃长时间加温,且液铝呈搅拌行为的工作条件下使用。本文在Al2O3喷涂粉末中加入13% TiO2,促使涂层的组织结构发生变化,提高了涂层的结合强度,改善了涂层的致密性,同时有效地提高了涂层的抗铝融蚀性能,大大地延长了坩埚的使用寿命。As Al2O3 ceramic is cheap, and has good resistance of high temperature and melt corrosion. It was proposed as work -layer of inner crucible wall in order to improve the life for resistance to melt corrosion of cast iron crucible. At the same time, the resistance to melt corrosion was improved by using the plasma spraying. However, since the characteristic of Al2O3 ceramic coating exist some problems such as low densification .weak bonding strength and short resistant hot - quiver life, melt - aluminum crucible cant work at 720℃ for long time. In our research, 13% TiO2 was add to Al2O3 powder used for spray, which not only the microstructure of coating was changed, but also the bonding strength of cat and densification were improved. Furthermore the resistance to AL - melt corrosion was effectively increased, thus the lift of crucible could be remarkably extended.
