摘　　要：介绍了在尺寸公差及形位公差要求较高的落料冲孔成形件的模具设计过程中,不降低劳动效率的情况下.如何使模具简化、降低模具成本.并使冲压件满足其设计要求。This paper presents the design of blanking-forming die for pressure cap .for which the dimensional tolerance and the geometric tolerance are required highly. The impor- tant point of this paper is on how to simplify the die set .to decrease the cost of the die set and to make the stamped component satisfy the requirements for the design on condition that the work efficiency is not degraded.
