摘　　要：秦国的禁书,是我国历史上的第一次禁书;秦朝的"焚书坑儒",是我国历次禁书中最著名的一次禁书。这两次禁书,对秦代(含前秦国)书籍相关权利的影响很大。要搞好书籍相关权利的保护,良好的社会环境很重要。Banned books appeared in Qin Dynasty at first. Banned books were burned and literati were buried in Qin Dynasty Dynasty and before Qi and it is the most famous one. It had a big influence to the related rights of books of Qin n Dynasty. To improve the related rights protection of books, good social environment is very important.
