《简·爱》语句修辞倒装功能分析和其译文关照

摘　　要：《简·爱》语言优美,修辞倒装是其原因之一。修辞倒装具有强调、承上启下、平衡结构、描写生动、抒发感情、诗歌押韵等功能。通过这些功能分析该小说的一些典型例句可以看出译文对其关照的意义。译文与原文的修辞倒装应尽量同位或同序,如不可能,译者应采取相应的变通手段,以突出作者的语义意图。The language of Jane Eyre is beautiful, for which one of the reasons is its use of rhetorical inversion. Rhetorical inversion is invested with the functions of emphasis, liaison, structural balance, vivid description, emotional expression and service to poem rhymes. An analysis of certain typical examples of the novel shows the importance of their demonstration in TL. TL is required to achieve the same position or same order as the rhetorical inversion of SL, and if impossible, the translator is supposed to make proper adaptations in order to foreground the semantic intention of the original author.
