太原市社区居民高尿酸血症的影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的了解高尿酸血症的影响因素。方法对2009—2010年太原市社区人群进行问卷调查,测定腰围、身高、体质量等指标。结果多因素回归分析结果显示男性、年龄、肉食、体质量指数高、腹部肥胖是影响高尿酸血症的危险因素。结论高尿酸血症应引起医务工作者及广大群众的高度重视,避免或减少高尿酸血症给人们的健康造成的危害。Objective To investigate the influence factors of hyperuricemia. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in community residents of Taiyuan city from 2009 to 2010 for measurements of waist circumference, height and weight, etc. Results Multivariable analysis showed the risk factors of hyperuricemia were gender （male）, age, meat diet, body mass index, abdominal obesity. Conclusion High attention should be paid to hyperuricemia by medical workers and the public mass so as to avoid or reduce the detrimental impacts of hyperuricemia on health.
