摘 要:为筛选适宜盐土改良的土壤改良剂,利用从哈萨克斯坦引进的5种改良剂拌种后,在以硫酸盐为主的盐迫条件下进行发芽试验,改良剂Ky-1、Ky-2在盐份含量0.90%~1.25%时,小麦材料新冬22号的发芽率比对照高16%以上。盆栽试验苗期盐胁迫下的死亡率及生物量的观测表明,使用改良剂Ky-1、Ky-2对小麦的抗盐能力有显著提高。在盐土小区产量及种植前后土壤盐分变化试验中使用改良剂Ky-1、Ky-2,小麦产量比对照高91%以上。对试验数据分析表明,引进的Ky-1、Ky-2两种改良剂在以硫酸盐为主的盐土地上对小麦的生长有较好的效果。In order to select the soil ameliorant which is fit for saline-alkaline field amelioration, five kinds of ameliorants from Kazakhstan were used to do germination test under sulfate stress after seed dressing. The germination rate of Xindong 22 is higher than control group by 16% after using Ky-1 and Ky-2 under the salt stress between 0.90% and 1.25 %. The death rate and biomass under sale stress at seedling stage in pot condition show that salt resistant ability was significantly improved after use of Ky-1 and Ky-2. The yield is higher than control group by above 91% after use of Ky-1 and Ky-2 in the test in comparison with plot yield and salinity change under salt stress before and after planting. The results of test data analysis showed that wheat growth was improved after using Ky-1 and Ky-2 two ameliorants in saline-alkaline soil taking sulphate as dominant factor.
