摘　　要：研究了内热式盐浴渗钒中出现的一种反常组织,测试了其成分组成及显微硬度,发现该组织是盐浴中的Si元素渗入基体而形成的,硬度明显低于渗钒层但稍高于基体。讨论了反常组织形成的原因及预防措施。In this paper, the abnormal microstructure in neutral salt bath vanadizing had been characterized by using SEM. The result showed, Si diffused to the matrix were the reason that forming abnormal microstructure, and the method of preventing abnormal microstructure forming were discussed.
