摘  要:通过COD试验测定了两种用于LPG储罐建造的结构钢焊接接头低温抗断裂性能,研究了材料与工艺组合、试验温度等因素对焊接接头低温抗断裂性的影响,所得结果为LPG储罐的选材与焊接工艺制定、结构的抗断裂分析提供了基础数据。In this paper, the COD experiments of 09MnNiDR and SA-537 steels which were used in LPG tank is conducted, and the low temperature fracture resistance of welded joint is determined. Some important influential factors on fracture behavior are also discussed, such as the welding materials, the welding processes, the welded joint area (weld, heat-affected zone, fusion line and base metal) and the experiment temperature. The yesults provide a scientific basis for selection of the materials and the welding processes and the fracture behavior analysis of the LPG structures.
