刮痧疗法对慢性疲劳大鼠行为学变化的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨刮痧疗法治疗对慢性疲劳大鼠的行为学变化的影响。方法 45只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、刮痧组、艾灸组和穴位埋线组。采用悬吊冷水游泳复合应激的方法复制慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)大鼠模型,各治疗组在复制模型的同时分别给予相应治疗;采用Morris迷宫实验、鼠尾悬挂实验、力竭游泳实验进行行为学检测。结果模型组大鼠体质量增长缓慢、空间学习记忆能力下降、力竭游泳时间缩短、悬挂不动时间延长。刮痧、艾灸、穴位埋线疗法均能显著改善各项评测指标(P均<0.01),且刮痧疗法与其他疗法比较各指标改善更显著(P均<0.05)。结论刮痧疗法能够有效改善CFS大鼠的躯体、精神上的疲劳症状。Objective It is to approach the influence of dermal scraping therapy on behavior of in rats with chronic fatigue syndrome（CFS）.Methods Forty-five SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups： normal control group,model group,dermal scraping group,moxibustion group and cat-gut embedding group.Besides normal control group,others were adopted forced suspensory and cold water swimming stress to make fatigue model,while the rats of dermal scraping group,moxibustion group and cat-gut embedding group were adopted relevant treatment at the same time.Ethological changes were evaluated using Morris maze experiment,forced suspensory test and exhaustive swimming test.Results In model group,the weight increased slowly,the ability of spatial learning and memory was significantly decreased,the time for exhaustive swimming was significantly shortened and immobility of forced suspensory was significantly prolonged.The ethological changes were significantly improved in dermal scraping group,moxibustion group and cat-gut embedding group（all P0.01）;combaring with others,the curative effect of dermal acraping-therapy was clearly（P0.05）.Conclusion Dermal acraping therapy is effective to improve the physical fatigue and mental fatigue of CFS model rats.
