“刘易斯拐点”的迫近对我国体育用品产业的影响与对策研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料、调查研究等方法,对刘易斯拐点迫近情况下我国体育用品企业的现状和存在的问题进行探讨,并针对刘易斯拐点的临近对体育用品产业的影响进行了阐述,提出企业必须要转变经营、管理理念,加大科技投入,引进先进机器设备,减少对劳动力需求的依赖,提高生产效率;同时,还要积极创立企业产品的自主品牌,提高产品附加值,建立和谐的劳务关系,走集约化发展道路,有效应对刘易斯拐点的挑战。Through literature study and investigation,this paper probed into status quo of the Chinese sports goods industry under the condition of possible Lewis Turning Point.Influences of Lewis Turning Point were analyzed.It was held that enterprises should readjust their management and marketing ideas,invest more in science and technol ogy,introduce more of advanced machinery,reduce dependence on labor demand,promote production efficiency,create brands,increase value-added products and establish harmonious labor relations.
