摘　　要：以合金球铁为外层，普通灰铸铁为内层，采用离心铸造方法制造的球铁复合托辊，具有强度高、耐磨性好和成本低等特点，用于带钢热轧机输出轨道上，具有良好的使用效果。Using centrifugal casting methods, we manufactured nodular cast iron composite supporting rolls that its outer layer was alloy nodular cast iron and its inter layer was ordinary gray castiron.Nodular cast iron composite supporting rolls had highstrength, excellent wear－resistance and low production cost,being used in output orbit of hot strip steel continuous rolling mill, it had excellent service effect.
