摘　　要：对车床床身导轨出现的“亮条”缺陷的特征、显微组织及形成原因进行了分析探讨，并在此基础上指出了解决缺陷的措施。The features and microstructure of“bright stripe' defect on the bed ways of lathe and the reason causing the defect was analyzed and discussed and also,on the base of this,the measures to prevent the defect was proposed.
