摘  要:常用的浇注式与环氧沥青混凝土两类钢桥面铺装材料在高温抗变形方面具有明显的性能差异。利用有限元软件Abquas对浇注与环氧两类铺装材料组成的三类铺装结构进行了在60℃时的铺装永久变形仿真模拟,其中铺装材料的高温蠕变特性采用时间硬化模型进行描述。仿真结果显示:在相同厚度的三类铺装结构中,"下层3cm注式+上层3cm环氧"抗车辙变形能力最好,"下层3.5cm注式+上层2.5cm环氧"次之,"下层3cm环氧+上层3cm注式"最弱。研究表明,环氧沥青混凝土对减小铺装永久变形具有很大贡献,而含浇注式沥青混凝土的铺装结构具有较大永久变形。研究结果为钢桥面铺装结构与材料的高温变形设计提供理论支撑。Gussasphalt and epoxy asphalt, as two types' commonly used materials on steel bridge deck pavement, have significantly different performance in resistance of deformation at high temperature. Finite element software Abquas was used to simulate the permanent deformation of three kinds of conbination structures, which consist of two kinds of materials at 60~C, and the high-temperature creep properties of the materials were described by the time hardening model. The model calculation results show that: combination structure l (3 cm gussasphalt of bottom layer + 3 cm epoxy asphalt of surface layer) has the best ability to resist permanentdeformation; combination Structure 2 (3.5 cmgussasphalt of bottom layer + 2.5 cm epoxy asphalt of Surface layer) the next; combination structure 3 (3 cm epoxy asphalt of bottom layer + 3 cm gussasphalt of surface layer) the worst. The simulation results show that the epoxy asphalt contributes greatly to reducing the permanent deformation of the conbination structure, and theconbinationstructure includinggussasphalt surface layer gets larger permanent deformation. The research will supply the theoretic support for designing bridge deck pavement conbination structure and materials deformation at high temperature.
