摘  要:研究了不同壳色菲律宾蛤仔Ruditapes philippinarum的免疫能力,对野生斑马蛤(Zb)、珍珠白(Pw)、两道红(Tr)、两道白(Tw)、奶牛蛤(Co)5个不同壳色群体的相关免疫指标进行比较。结果表明:不同壳色蛤仔免疫指标表现出较大差异,其中Zb和Pw群体的细胞吞噬能力显著高于Co群体(P<0.05);Tr和Tw群体的溶菌酶(LYZ)活性显著高于其他3个群体(P<0.05);Co群体的酚氧化酶(PO)活性显著高于Tr群体(P<0.05);Pw群体的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著高于Tr和Co群体(P<0.05),Zb群体的SOD活性也显著高于Tr群体(P<0.05);各壳色蛤仔的血细胞总数和亮氨酸氨基肽酶(LAP)活性差异均不显著(P>0.05)。In this article,the immune functions were studied in wild Manila clam Ruditapes philippinarum with different shell colors(Zb,zebra group;Pw,pearl-white group;Tr,two-banded red group;Tw,two-banded white group;Co,cow group).The results showed that there were significant differences in both cellular immunity and humoral immunity functions among the clam with different shell colors.The clams in Zb and Pw groups had significantly higher phagocytic activities than the clam in Co group did(P0.05).There was significantly higher lysozyme activity in the clams in Tr and Tw groups than that in Zb and Pw groups(P0.05).The phenoloxidase(PO) activity in the hemolymph was found to be higher in Co group than in Tr group(P0.05).The activity of superoxidase dismutase(SOD) was significantly higher in Pw group than those in Tr and Co groups(P0.05),and the clam in Zb group also had significantly higher SOD activity than the clam in Tr group(P0.05),but lower total hemolymph count(THC) and leucine aminopeptidase(LAP) activity,without significant difference in different groups(P0.05).
