历史文化名城保护视角下大同市行政区划调整思路研究

摘　　要：历史文化名城保护是一个系统工程,包括历史街区、历史建筑、历史景观、历史文化、历史地名等多个方面。随着城市化进程的加快,许多历史文化名城的行政区划也进行着调整和优化,从而对历史文化名城保护产生一定影响。以大同市为例,探讨行政区划调整在历史文化名城保护中的重要作用,针对当前大同市行政区划存在的突出问题,提出在行政区划调整过程中加强历史文化名城保护的总体思路,为今后历史文化名城的行政区划调整提供一定的借鉴和参考。The protection of historical and cultural city is a systematic project, including the many aspects such as the historic district, historic buildings, historic landscapes, historic culture, and historical names etal.. With the rapid urbanization process, many historical and cultural city carried out the administrative divisions adjustment and optimization, which can have an effect on the protection of historical and cultural city. Taking Datong city, Shanxi province as a case study, this paper discussed the important role of the adjustment of administrative divisions in the protection of historical and cultural city. On the basis of analysis of the current outstanding problems of administrative divisions in Datong, it put forward the general idea to strengthen the protection of historical and cultural city in the process of adjustment of administrative divisions, which can provide a reference and reference for the adjustment of administrative divisions of the historical and cultural city in the future.
