摘　　要：作为新文化运动的旗手,陈独秀尽管在其一生的大部分时间内,将主要精力倾注于政治革命与文化改造上,对社会经济发展未作较为系统的论述。但因经济发展问题之于中国的重要性,陈独秀仍然没有放弃探索,提出了要客观评价资本主义生产方式,社会主义社会必须大力发展生产力,社会主义国家可以拥有多种经济发展手段,社会主义经济发展要注重公平与效率等有价值的观点。As a banner-man of new cultural movement, although Chen Duxiu devoted most of his time in his life to political rev- olution and cultural reform and did not make relatively systematic discussion on social and economic development, he did not give up the exploration on the importance of the economic development issue in China and advanced valuable ideas on economic devel- opment of China such as objectively evaluating capitalist production method, vigorously developing productivity in socialist socie- ty, owning multiple economic development methods in socialist countries, and emphasizing fairness and efficiency in socialist eco- nomic development.
