摘　　要：“中等收入陷阱”是一国跨入中等收入国家后面临的普遍性发展困境。通过分析中国进入中等收入国家行列后社会经济领域面临的风险与挑战，结合国际社会跨越“中等收入陷阱”的经验与教训，探讨中国跨越“中等收入陷阱”的基本模式和道路。＂average income trap＂ is a common dilemma for a country come into the average - income country. This paper analyzes the risks and challenges when China enter into average - income country, combined with the experience and lesson of international society to span ＂average income trap＂, discussed the basic pattern and way of China to span＂average income trap＂.
