摘　　要：南诏清平官郑回,是一位杰出的教育家和政治家。他以对王室子弟的教化为契机,以儒学为立国之本,通过教育达成了南诏王室与贵族思想的大一统;使佛、道本土化,促成了南诏上层与民间精神的大一统;制订"三教并立,儒教为先"的文教政策,在南诏进行了长达50年之久的教育、文化、政治和经济全方位的变革,使南诏进入鼎盛时期,并对后世产生了深远影响。The Prime Minister ZHENG Hui was an outstanding educator and politician in Nanzhao Kingdom. Taking the enlightenment to royal children as a turning point, he took Confucianism as the foundation of the country and united Nanzhao royal court and the aristocrat thought through education. He localized Buddhism and Taoism and promoted the great unification of spirit between Nanzhao upper class and ordinary people. He made the cultural and educational policy of ＂three religions existing side by side, Confucianism being prime＂, and carried out a comprehensive change for almost 50 years in education, culture, politics and economy in Nanzhao. He made Nanzhao Kingdom step into the peak period and exert a profound influence on the future generations.
