摘　　要：高校师资结构配置优化与否直接影响高校的教学质量。在桥头堡战略实施之际,从人才资源短缺的角度,来寻求云南高校师资结构优化组合的对策,以期缩小与国内高等教育质量较高的地区之间的差距。Optimized structure configuration of university teachers will directly influence the teaching quality of higher education. On the occasion of Bridgehead Strategy, the paper investigates effective countermeasures to optimized the structure configuration of teachers in Yunnan universities so as to narrow the gap with areas where the higher education is highly internationalized.
