广东佛山地区健康儿童血CK-MB正常参考范围的建立

摘　　要：目的:通过收集广东佛山地区部份健康儿童日常临床血标本,用电化学发光法检测该批标本中血肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)浓度后进行统计分析,试建立适合本地区年龄段儿童的正常CK-MB血液学参考值范围。方法:收集整理本室2008年6月1日～2009年6月30日健康儿童100例日常CK-MB检测数据,按不同年龄段进行分组后再采用"中国质量管理在线"提供的质量分析软件进行统计分析。设计分段统计范围为0～3岁、4～7岁,各年龄分段统计在反复剔除±3SD后获得恒定均值(x)及标准差(SD)并计算95%可信度区间(x±1.96SD)和95%单侧上界值,确定健康儿童CK-MB正常参考范围。结果:①0～3岁儿童共41例数据经正态分布假设检验符合正态分布,计算95%可信度区间(±1.96SD)参考范围为2.37～12.09ng/ml,95%单侧上界值为≤11.31ng/ml;②4～7岁儿童共58例数据经正态分布假设检验符合正态分布,计算95%可信度区间(x±1.96SD)参考范围为2.19～6.80 ng/ml,95%单侧上界值为≤6.43ng/ml;③0～7岁儿童共77例数据经正态分布假设检验符合正态分布,计算95%可信度区间(±1.96SD)参考范围为2.34～6.88ng/ml,95%单侧上界值为≤6.52 ng/ml;④年龄分段统计结果经P检验差异有显著性(P>0.05)。结论:本室统计分析确定儿童CK-MB参考范围为:0～3岁≤11.31ng/ml,4～7岁≤6.43ng/ml。Objective：Through collects the Guangdong Foshan area part healthy child daily clinical blood specimen,after using electricity the chemiluminescence law examines in this batch of specimens the blood serum creatine kinase isozyme（CK-MB） the density,carries on the statistical analysis,tries to establish suits this local age section child＇s normal CK-MB hematology reference value scope.Method： The collection reorganizes this room on June 1,2008 ~2009 years on June 30 the healthy child 100 example daily CK-MB examination data,carries on the grouping after the disparity in age section uses the quality analysis software which ＂China quality control online＂ provides to carry on the statistical analysis again.The design partition statistics scope is 0~3 year old,4~7 years old,various ages partition statistics after are rejecting repeatedly ±3SD obtains the constant average value（x） and standard deviation（SD） and calculates 95% confidence level sector（x±1.96SD） and 95% one-sided upper boundary value,the determination healthy child CK-MB normal reference scope.Results（1） 0~3 year-old child altogether 41 example data conform to the normal distribution after the normal distribution supposition examination,calculates 95% confidence level sector（x±1.96SD） to refer to the scope is 2.37~12.09ng/ml,95% one-sided upper boundary value for ≤11.31ng/ml;（2） 4~7 year-old child altogether 58 example data conform to the normal distribution after the normal distribution supposition examination,calculates 95% confidence level sector（±1.96SD） to refer to the scope is 2.19~6.80 ng/ml,95% one-sided upper boundary value for ≤6.43ng/ml;（3） 0~7 year-old child altogether 77 example data conform to the normal distribution after the normal distribution supposition examination,calculates 95% confidence level sector（x±1.96SD） to refer to the scope is 2.34~6.88ng/ml,95% one-sided upper boundary value for ≤6.52 ng/ml;（4） the age partition statistical result has the significance after the P
