摘　　要：本文简单介绍了Coakley的空间凝聚法——一种利用高分辨率卫星扫描资料确定云层复盖率与晴空辐射率的分析方法,并把它推广应用于非均匀下垫面,利用高分辨率红外与可见光AVHRR LAC资料分析了HEIFE实验区——张掖地区及我国西部其它一些代表性区域不同下垫面晴空辐射场的特征。In this paper, the Coakley's spatial coherence method for obtaining cloud cover and determining clear sky radiances using high-resolution scanner data is recommended and applied extendedly to the inhomogeneous underlying surface. The characteristics of the clear sky radiance fields are investigated using high-resolution infrared and visible AVHRR LAC data for some representative regions, including the HEIFE experiment area——Zhangye, with different classifications of underlying surface in the west of China.
