疝环充填式无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝286例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:利用疝环充填式无张力修补术治疗成人腹股沟疝,以评价其临床效果。方法:利用聚丙烯网塞及网状平片治疗成人腹股沟疝286例,对于手术时间、手术方式、术中注意事项及术后并发症进行了回顾性总结。结果:全部治愈,平均手术时间48分钟,12小时内可下床活动,无感染病例,主要并发症为15例尿潴留和5例阴囊积液,56例患者出现低热,随访6～12月无复发病例。结论:疝环充填式无张力修补术是治疗成人疝的理想术式,具有手术安全、创伤小,符合人体生理解剖特点,术后恢复快,复发率低等优点。Objective： the use of tension-free hernioplasty in treatment of adult inguinal hernia,and to evaluate its clinical effect.Methods： the use of polypropylene mesh plug and mesh plain tablets in the treatment of adult inguinal hernia in 286 cases,the operation time,operation methods,points for attention in operation and postoperative complications were retrospectively summarized.Results： all cases were cured,average operation time of 48 minutes,12 hours out of bed,no cases of infection,the main complications were 15 cases of urinary retention and 5 cases of scrotal hydrocele,56 cases of patients with fever,followed up for 6 ～ 12 Months without recurrence.Conclusions： hernia ring filling tension-free repair is the treatment of adult inguinal hernia of the ideal mode of operation,operation safety,with little trauma,accord with human body physiological and anatomical characteristics,rapid postoperative recovery,low recurrence rate.
