摘　　要：风险分担作为一种事前应对风险的措施,合理的风险分担是进行有效风险管理的前提。采用问卷调查的方式,对我国绿色建筑风险的重要性和分担偏好进行了调查,在专家风险分担偏好分析的基础上,运用风险归责原则、风险损失直接承担原则和风险有效控制原则,探讨了25项重点风险的分担与管理建议。Risk allocation is an effective measure to prepare for risks before its occurrence.An equitable risk allocation scheme for all participants is the precondition and foundation of effective risk management on green building projects.A questionnaire survey was adopted to collect experts＇ opinions on the significance and allocation preference of Green Building（GB） risks.Based on the result on experts＇ risk allocation preference,the risk allocation and risk management of 25 key risk factors were analyzed emphatically using the three principles of risk imputation,direct risk losses bearing and effective risk control.
