民用飞机构型基线建立研究

摘　　要：构型基线是构型管理和构型标识的一项重要活动,是民用飞机全生命周期中设计、制造、试验、采购、维护等各项工作的共同基础。对于特定项目来说,构型基线的建立是一个双刃剑,若基线设置的过多,会产生很多不必要的管理工作,进而延长项目周期,增加管理成本;而若基线设置的过少,则会产生管理的空窗,带来管理混乱状态失控的风险,此时往往需要花费更多的时间和费用。本文从基线建立的主要目的出发,研究了国内外标准中对基线建立的要求,分析了某些典型的实践经验,从理论结合实践提出了民用飞机构型基线规划和建立时应考虑的因素和条件。Configuration baseline is an important activity of configuration management and identification,and also is a common basis for the full life cycle of the civil aircraft design,manufacture,test,procurement,maintenance and other works.For a project,the establishment of the configuration baseline is a double-edged sword.Too many baselines will produce a lot of unnecessary administrative work,thereby extending the project cycle,increasing the cost of management.Too few baselines will produce empty window management and bring the risk of managing the chaos out of control,need to spend more time and cost.This article start from the main purpose of establishing the baseline,research on the baseline establishing in the domestic and international standards requirements,analyze some typical practical experience,factors and conditions are considered when planning and the establishment of civil aircraft configuration baseline from the theory and practice.
