摘  要:为提高黑龙江省农业科学院小麦赤霉病抗性种质创新能力和抗赤育种水平,向生产提供优良的小麦赤霉病抗性新材料,以苏麦3号衍生材料为研究对象,以病小穗为评价指标,运用单位花滴注对2011年产量鉴定13份材料、F618份材料、F532份材料进行田间抗赤霉病性鉴定,同时用覆盖苏麦3号、在3BS、6BS上与小麦抗赤霉病紧密连锁的主效抗性基因相关的SSR标记:Xgwm493、Xwmg533、Xgwm389、barc133、barc147、barc102(3BS)和Xgwm644、Xgwm133、barc101(6BS)对这些材料进行分子检测,以研究其表现型与基因型的关系。结果表明:经田间鉴定出的25份抗性材料中15份抗性材料在主效抗性位点3BS和6BS上分别存在相应的抗性基因。说明这15份材料具有表现型和基因型的统一。有10份抗性材料在3BS和6BS上均不存在相应抗性基因,20份感病材料3BS和6BS上存在相应的抗性基因。The Sumai No.3 derived materials were used as the research materials,the disease-spikelet was regarded as evaluation index,the unit flower drip-method was applied to evaluate 13 materials of production evaluation nursery,18 materials of F6 generation and 32 materials of F5 generation from 2011 year for field scab resistance evaluation,and using the cover Sumai No.3,major genes of close linkage scab-resistance on 3BS,6B and their SSR markers,namely,Xgwm493、Xwmg533、Xgwm389、barc133、barc147、barc102(3BS)、Xgwm644、Xgwm133 and barc101(6BS),which were used to identify these materials with SSR molecular characterization,the relationship of phenotype and genotype was studied.The results showed that the 15 resistant materials were carried with corresponding resistance genes on 3BS and 6Bs in 25 resistant materials in field scab resistance evaluation,the 15 resistant materials performed unification of phenotype and genotype,the 10 resistant materials were not carried with the corresponding resistance genes on 3BS and 6BS,the 18 susceptible materials were carried with the corresponding resistance genes on 3BS and 6BS.
