摘　　要：本文以2011年《中国日报》和《纽约时报》为蓝本,通过对新闻内容选择倾向、思维方式等角度进行实证分析,对中美跨文化新闻传播现状进行比较;通过跨文化传播学中的语境和不确定性规避理论深入挖掘文化差异和阻碍传播致效的文化因素,有利于跨文化新闻的有效传播。Taking ＂China Daily＂ and ＂New York Times＂ as original material,this article makes a comparative study of Sino-US journalism in the perspective of news content selection and mode of thinking.On the basis of the comparative study,the article also makes an analysis on cultural differences and factors that influence cross-cultural journalism with the theories of context and uncertainty avoidance.
