负压封闭引流治疗患者的健康教育

摘　　要：目的探讨健康教育对负压封闭引流治疗效果的影响。方法对31例使用负压封闭引流治疗患者进行心理护理、说明VSD治疗的目的和意义、指导维持有效负压和引流通畅以及加强营养和生活护理等一系列全面的健康教育,比较护理前后患者对疼痛评分、预后是否乐观以及满意度情况。结果 31例患者均能在完全了解治疗过程和注意事项的前提下配合治疗,顺利进行切口二期缝合,创面愈合良好,对疼痛评分、满意度和预后期望较健康教育前均有明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全面细致的健康教育,对负压封闭引流治疗成功和提升护理质量有重要意义。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of the health education on vaccum sealing drainage （VSD）. Methods Gived comprehensive systemic health education to 31 cases who received VSD therapy, compare the pain score, prognosis optimistic and degree of satisfaction before and after nursing. Results 31 patients completely understand the treatment process and the note, so they cooperate with treatment smoothly. The wounds healed well, and the pain score,degree of satisfaction aod prognosis expectations were significantly improved after nursing, data are statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive health education on VSD is important for successful VSD treatment and enhancing the quality of nursing.
