母婴同室空气消毒方法效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察DF-800B空气消毒机与紫外线灯对母婴同室病房空气消毒的效果。方法分别选择面积相等、条件基本相同的母婴同室病房各1间,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组用DF-800B空气消毒机,对照组用紫外线灯照射消毒,分别于消毒前、消毒后0h,1h、2h、3h、4h采样,比较二者的消毒效果。结果 2种消毒方法对母婴同室空气消毒60min后,消毒效果相同(P>0.05),但紫外线消毒在有人的情况下不宜进行,而DF-800B空气消毒机在有人的情况下仍能进行空气消毒,消毒1h以后二者菌落数比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.01),DF-800B空气消毒机消毒效果较好。改用DF-800B空气消毒机空气消毒后医院感染率呈下降趋势。结论观察组DF-800B空气消毒机能够人机共存,在需要的情况下可以持续性消毒,效果明显优于对照组紫外线消毒,更适合母婴同室空气消毒,对母婴同室医院感染的预防和控制有着重要的作用。Objective In order to prevent and reduce the hospital infection of rooming-in and observe the disinfecting effect of DF- 800B air disinfection machines and ultra-violet lamps at rooming-in. Methods First, divide the rooming-in wards we choose which are the same of area as well as condition into observation groups and control groups at random. Second, we apply DF-8OOB air dis- infection machines to observation groups while apply ultra-violet lamps to control groups, under this premise, we compare the effects of disinfection being disinfected before and the first, second, third, and fourth hour after disinfection between 2 groups. Results According to the comparison, we could find that they are identical on the before and after an hour of the air disinfection. On the other hand, ultra-violet disinfection is unavailable when there＇s somebody in the ward but DF-800B air disinfection machine can. The differences of them are obvious after one hour of disinfection（P〈0.01）. Actually, the latter leads the hospital disinfection to a descending trend. Conclusion To sum up, DF-800B air disinfection machine is better than ultra-violet disinfection obviously because it can work with person, operate continuously,and is sustainable for rooming-in. We get the conclusion that DF-8OOB air disinfection machine plays more roles to the air disinfection of rooming-in and the control of hospital infection.
