摘  要:大蒜为百合科葱属多年生草本植物,是备受人们喜爱的香辛类蔬菜。大蒜不仅是人们常用的安全无毒、无公害、无农药残留的调味品,而且是成本低、无副作用、具有独特的药理和营养保健功能的食品。因此,大蒜成为国际研究的热点。本文综述了大蒜的药用史、药用成分及抑菌、杀菌、抗病毒、降血糖、降血脂、提高免疫力等方面的功效。Garlic is liliaceous Alliums perennial herbage, one of people' s favorite spicy vegetables. Garlic is not only safe, non - toxic, non - pollution, non - residues spice for the common people, but also low - cost, no side effects, unique pharmacological functions of the health and nutritional medicine supplies. Garlic has already been a hot research topic internationally as a result of higher nutrition and pharmacological action. The studies on garlic are reviewed in this article, including the history of medical use, pharmaceutical compositions, sterilization and antibacterial activity, anti - viruses effects, hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic activity, improving immunity and so on.
