温肾育宫汤治疗绝经后骨质疏松症25例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟温肾育宫汤治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法:选取绝经后骨质疏松症患者48例,随机分为2组,观察组25例服用温肾育宫汤治疗,对照组23例口服福善美治疗。观察两组治疗前后患者的疼痛强度、疼痛缓解度、镇痛有效率和生活质量。结果:所有患者治疗后疼痛均有显著性好转(P<0.01);组间比较:治疗第1周无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后第8周、第12周、第16周、第20周、第24周观察组疼痛强度低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后和治疗6个月后,观察组患者的生活质量评分与治疗前比较,社会功能、躯体疼痛、活力、情感职能和精神健康有明显提高(P<0.05),而对照组患者的生活质量评分与治疗前比较,躯体疼痛有明显提高(P<0.05),社会职能、活力、情感职能和精神健康方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:温肾育宫汤可明显缓解绝经后妇女骨质疏松患者的疼痛,并能明显改善生活质量。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Wenshen Yugong Decoction in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis. Methods ： 48 cases of patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis were randomly divided into 2 groups, 25 cases in observation group were treated with Wenshen Yugong Decoction , 23 cases in the control group oral Fosamax treatment. The pain intensity, pain relief, the analgesic efficiency and quality of life of two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results ： The pain of all the patients after treatment were significantly improved （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; comparison between groups ： the first week ＇after the treatment there, were no significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ） ; after the treatment of eighth weeks, Twelfth weeks, sixteenth weeks, twentieth weeks, twenty-fourth weeks, the pain intensity of the observation group were lower than those in control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Three months after and 6 months after the treatment, the score of life quality of the observation group compared with before treatment, the social function, somatic pain, vitality, emotional function and mental health has improved significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; while the score of life quality of the control group compared with before treatment, somatic pain have significantly improved （ P 〈 0.05 ） , social function, vitality, emotional function and mental health aspects of the differences were not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： Wenshen Yugong Decoction can significantly ease the pain of postmenopausal women with osteoporosis, and can obviously improve the quality of life.
