TST加微创手工处理术与外剥内扎术对环状混合痔患者生存质量影响的对比观察

摘　　要：目的:观察TST加微创手工处理术与外剥内扎术对环状混合痔患者生存质量的影响。方法:将200例环状混合痔患者分为TST加微创手工处理术治疗组和传统外剥内扎术对照组,分别采用不同手术方式治疗,观察疗效、术后并发症及伤口愈合时间,并对每个患者作生存质量测量,比较两组手术后、术后24 h、术后2周、术后1个月的生存质量的影响。结果:两组在手术疗效对比上无明显差异(P>0.05);在伤口痊愈时间、伤口疼痛比较及水肿、尿潴留方面,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);在生存质量方面,分别做同一组多个时点的比较,手术前后患者的生存质量不同。做两组同一时点的对比,治疗组的生存质量优于对照组。结论:TST加微创手工处理术治疗组对生存质量的影响优于外剥内扎术对照组。Objective ： To observe the effect of TST with minimally invasive manual operation and milligan-morgan operation on life quality of patients with circular mixed hemorrhoid. Methods： 200 cases of circular mixed hemorrhoid patients were divided into TST with minimally invasive manual operation group and traditional milligan-morgan operation control group, respectively by different operation modes, the curative effect, postoperative complications and wound healing time were observed, and the life quality of each patient was measured, the life quality of two groups after operation, after operation 24 h, ＇after 2 weeks, I months were compared. Results ： The two groups had no obvious difference （ P 〉 0.05 ） in the curative effect ; the treatment group was better than control group （P 〈0.05） in the wound healing time, wound pain and edema, urinary, retention; in the life quality., did the same set of multiple point comparison before and after the operation, the life quality of patients were different; did wo sets of same time contrast, the treatment group was better than the control group in the life quality. Conclusion：TST with minimally invasive manual operation treatment group is better than milligan-morgan operation control group in the effect of life quality.
