俞募配穴埋线治疗单纯性肥胖的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察俞募配穴埋线及电针治疗单纯性肥胖症的临床疗效。方法:全部60例病人随机分为埋线加电针组(治疗组)、单纯电针组(对照组)两组,观察患者治疗前后的临床疗效。结果:两组均有改善肥胖患者体形的作用;治疗组患者BMI指数明显下降,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:俞募配穴埋线结合电针是比较理想的治疗单纯性肥胖症的方法,有待在临床中广泛应用。Objective：To observe the clinical effect to simple obesity by jointly using catgut implantation at acupoint and electro-acupuncture.Methods：Sixty patients with simple obesity were randomly allocated to the treatment group（catgut implantation at acupoint plus electro-acupuncture） and the control group（electro-acupuncture） to observe the clinical effect before and after treatment.Results：Both two groups showed some improvements to the role of obesity in patients with body.Compared with pretreatment,in the treatment group the BMI index had obviously decreased and had the significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：Catgut implantation at acupoint plus electro-acupuncture is a good method to treat simple obesity,which is deserved widely clinical application in the future.
