摘　　要：研究表明脑缺血能促进内源性神经干细胞增殖,在此基础上针刺可进一步促进其增殖,从而加速神经功能的恢复。然而其内在机制研究尚不充分,现对近些年国内外的相关研究文献作以综述。Research shows that cerebral ischemia can promote endogenous neural stem cell proliferation.Therefore,Acupuncture could further promote the proliferation and accelerate neural function recovery.Yet the research of its internal mechanism is not sufficient.so in the last few years the correlative literature at home and abroad were reviewed as follows.
