利益相关者视角下民办高校办学风险的防范

摘　　要：民办高校的风险防范需要寻求利益相关者的支持与合作。民办高校举办者、学生、家长、管理者、教师、政府、银行和社会公众等,都是与民办高校健康发展关系密切的利益相关者。现阶段,一些利益相关者的职能缺位和民办高校自身未能满足利益相关者的利益诉求,是我国民办高校陷入风险困境的根源所在。为此,民办高校应在明确利益相关者责任的基础上,最大限度地满足各利益相关者的利益诉求,争取他们的支持与合作,共同构建风险防范平台。Private universities need to seek for support and cooperation of stakeholders in their risk prevention.The owners of private universities,students and their parents,administrative members and teaching faculty,government,banks and the public,etc,are all stakeholders related with the healthy development of private universities closely.In current period,absence of some stakeholders＇ functions and the inability of private universities in satisfying stakeholders＇ interests demand caused that Chinese private universities were entrapped into the risk dilemma.Therefore,on the basis of clarifying stakeholders＇ responsibility,private universities should achieve maximum stakeholders＇ benefits;win over their support and cooperation in order to cooperate together in building up a risk prevention platform.
