摘　　要：自教育部启动国家级法学实验教学中心、校外实践教学基地、卓越法律人才培养基地建设以来,高校法学实验教学有了长足的进步,但其改革仍步履维艰。其中一个很重要的原因在于,无论大学还是法律职业部门,对于法学实验教学的相关概念缺乏统一的认识。为此,有必要对实验、实训、实习、实践等概念的界定及应用作进一步思考。Since the Ministry of Ed experiment teaching centers, campus p ing bases, legal experiment teaching h ment teaching reform is hard to push o ucation ra as on ctice started the construction of national-level legal teaching bases and excellent legal talent train- made great progress.
