摘　　要：农业产业化经营作为提高农业竞争力的重要举措,成为推进农业和农村经济结构战略性调整,提高农业综合效益,增加农民收入的引擎。在农业产业化经营的现实进展中,仍存在城乡二元体制、市场缺乏有效竞争、利益联结机制不健全、经营体系匮乏及政策扶持力度低下等困境。通过对农超对接、土地流转与农业产业化经营的耦合审视,建构农产品的新型流通模式、实施开展土地流转及破除城乡二元结构体制等措施当为农业产业化经营的治理之策和现实出路。As the important measures to improve the competitiveness of agriculture, agricultural industrialization operation becomes the engines which promote strategic adjustment of agricultural and rural economic structure and raise agriculture integrated benefit as well as increase farmers＂ income. In the actual progress of agricultural industrialization operation, there are lots of dilemmas, such as two urban and rural economic systems; the lack of effective competition market, not perfect the benefit coupling mechanism, the short of operating system and the low of policy support. Through the coupling analysis among alliance of agriculture and supermarkets, land transfer and agricultural industrialization operation, we think that constructing the new circulation mode of agricultural products, implementing of land transfer and getting rid of two urban and rural economic systems are the countermeasures and the practical ways of agricultural industrialization operation.
