摘　　要：创业投资起源于美国,我国在20世纪80年代引入创业投资基金,近十年来,在国内发达地区创业投资得到了广泛认可和发展。河北省创业投资总体水平较低,应从制度、资金、人才队伍等方面进一步深化、加强和支持,为河北省创业投资基金的发展提供良好的外部环境,从而促进创业投资的快速发展。Venture capital investment originated in the USA. Venture capital funds were introduced into China in 1980s and had been widely recognized and developed in developed regions of China until recent 10 years. Overall level of venture capital investment in Hebei province is relevant low and should be deepened, strengthened, and supported in aspect of regulation, fund and human resource. Better external environment should be provided for development of Hebei venture capital to promote rapid development of venture capital.
