摘 要:为适应目前我国燃煤紧张的局势,进行了火电厂锅炉掺烧劣质煤的安全性及经济性研究。通过对混配煤特性计算方法进行整合,提出数学分析模型和理论计算方法,确定多种劣质煤混配煤参数特性分布规律,采用量子粒子群理论对参数方程进行校核计算。采用序贯模块迭代的锅炉热力计算总体算法,对不同混配煤种进行变工况、变煤种热力计算,分析对锅炉参数的影响规律,确定合理掺烧比例范围。运用燃烧空气动力学原理、洁净燃烧理论,对掺烧多种劣质煤的机组锅炉运行性能进行优化,使600 MW时AGC负荷响应速率达16~18MW/min,锅炉热效率提高至93.040%~93.732%,发电煤耗平均降低3.5 g/kWh,炉内结焦得到明显改善。本次试验研究对电厂的节能降耗具有可借鉴的现实意义。One coal blending characteristics calculation method has conducted in-research and innovation integration in the paper,where proposes a mathematical analysis model and theoretical method,it determined a variety of inferior coal blending parameter characteristics,and then used the quantum particle swarm theory on parameter equation.The sequential modular iterative algorithm for general boiler thermal calculation has been used to calculate different proportion of lignite and bituminous blending for changing condition and different types of coal thermal calculation.Through the analysis and comparison of parameter,it determined the reasonable blending ratio.Application of combustion air dynamics principle and the theory of clean combustion,a variety of inferior coal blending in 600 MW boiler operation performance is optimized,so that the load response speed of AGC has been increased to 18 MW/min,the thermal efficiency of the boiler has been increased to 93.732%,the power consumption on average has been reduced 3.5 g/kWh,and the coking has been inhibited obviously in boiler.
