摘  要:神华神东萨拉齐电厂定冷水系统存在pH值不易控制及铜离子质量浓度超标等问题,由于作为系统补给水的除盐水呈弱酸性,而且定冷水系统不严密,导致定冷水pH值下降速度快,造成铜线圈发生腐蚀;定冷水系统小混床不填装树脂,不能置换水中的腐蚀物。针对电厂定冷水系统中常见问题,进行分析试验,最终采用微碱性离子交换树脂作为定冷水系统小混床的填料,将定冷水系统充氮密封,进行在线与实验室比照方法监测水质指标,最终达到了定子冷却水水质100%合格的目标,有效缓解了发电机空芯铜导线的腐蚀情况,保证了发电机的安全运行。Shenhua Shendong Salaqi Power Plant cooling water system for the electric generator stator,existed problems about pH value was not easy to control and copperion concentrations exceed the standard,through analysis,that is as a result of system supply water presenting weakly acidic,and stator cooling water system was not tight,cause stator cooling water pH value decrease quickly,resulting in corrosion of copper wire.And the minimum miscible bed for the stator cooling water was not loaded resin,could not replace water corrosion.To settle familiar questions about cooling water system for the electric generator stator in the power plant,technicians made use of the experiment data,by analyzing,finally decided to use the slightly alkaline ion exchange resin to fill the minimum miscible bed for the stator cooling water,and to seal the system with nitrogen.By collating and analyzing the water quality data from online to laboratory,achieve a 100% qualified target of the stator cooling water,effectively reducing corrosion of the generator hollow copper wire,and ensuring the generator safe operation.
