摘　　要：结合内蒙古电网220 kV麻池变电站误操作事故,分析了包头地区电网存在的结构、管理、技术等方面的问题,提出了在调控一体化管理电网的模式下,应加强调控中心各方面工作的规范性管理,加固自动化系统的安全防护,增强异常方式的运行管理,强化继电保护管理等措施,以确保包头电网安全稳定运行。Combining with Inner Mongolia power grid 220 kV Machi substation misoperation,the author analyzed the issues about structure,management,techology existing in Baotou power grid,put forward to strengthening the control center management and automation system safety from various aspects,enhancing the abnormal operation management,consolidating the relay protection management,and conducting measures of rational and perfect network management,to ensure the safe and stable operation in Baotou power grid,based on the integrated management of the control network mode.
