摘  要:某600 MW汽轮机大修后进行超速试验,机组转速至3284 r/min时各轴瓦振动发生突变,其中2号瓦振动最大突变量为276μm,致使机组振动保护动作停机。经现场分析检查,确认轴承振动突变原因为中、低压转子对轮防鼓风摩擦护板脱落。处理时同时对高、中压转子进行了高速动平衡试验,处理完毕后机组再次启动时,各轴瓦振动幅值明显降低,各瓦轴振均在国家标准优良范围内。One 600 MW steam turbine's bearing vibration occured large mutations while overhauling overspeed testing when unit's speed up to 3284 r/min,espacially NO.2 bearing's maximum vibration mutation rose to 276 μm and causing vibration protection shutdown.After analysis and check of bearing vibration,confirm the mutation causes were coupling's anti blast friction plate falling off between medium and low pressure rotors.At the same time,through doing high pressure rotor's high speed dynamic balance test,unit started again after finished processing,each bearing's vibration amplitude was significantly reduced,the bearings' vibration confirm to the national's standard of excellent range.
