摘　　要：根据结晶山梨醇的物理特性,对实际生产中出现的结晶山梨醇粉碎系统旋风分离器分离效率低下、关风器电机频繁过载等问题的原因进行了分析,通过对关风器排料阀进行改造,解决了电机过载问题,提高了旋风分离器分离效率。According to the physical properties of crystal D-sorbitol,to analyze the reasons of low cyclone separation efficiency and frequently overloaded in closed wind machine motor appeared in practical production of the crystallization of D-sorbitol pulverizing system,to solve the motor overload problem,and improve the separation efficiency of cyclone separator by improving the structure of discharge valve of closed wind machine.
