摘 要:针对光伏发电领域对并网逆变器效率等一系列性能要求的日益提升,此处提出了一种二极管串联型五电平双降压式并网逆变器(FLDBI),由三电平双降压式半桥逆变器和两电平桥臂组合生成。该拓扑继承了双降压式变换器和多电平技术的优点,开关管和滤波电感的电压阶梯小,无开关管体二极管反向恢复问题。详细分析了拓扑的构成方式和工作原理,研究了控制调制策略和实现方法,给出了关键参数设计方法。基于TMS320F2808型DSP,搭建了一台1kW实验样机,验证了分析设计的正确性和合理性,变换器输出波形质量高、功率密度和变换效率高。As to the growing demand for good performance such as high efficiency of inverters in photovoltaic generation field, a diodes-series five-level dual Buck inverter(FLDBI) is proposed,which is derived by combining a threelevel dual Buck half-bridge inverter with two-level bridge legs.The inverter inherits the advantages of dual Buck inverter and multilevel technology.The step voltages both on the filter inductor and across the switches are small, and the topology avoids the reverse-recovery problem of the freewheeling diodes.Both of the topology structure and operational principle are analyzed in detail.The control strategy and implementation are researched and the design of the key parameters are given.A 1 kW prototype is built based on the DSP TMS320F2808.The experimental results verify the validity of the analysis and design, the inverter shows excellent performance suct4 as good output waveforms, high power density and high efficiency.
