摘 要:永磁同步电机(PMSM)是工业缝纫机的动力源,控制系统的目的是使电机平稳运行,并满足工业缝纫机调速范围大,响应速度快等要求。提出一种基于空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)和模型参考自适应系统(MRAS)的工业缝纫机电机控制系统。MRAS以理想模型作参照,用来观测电机状态(转子位置、电流、速度等参数):SVPWM输出PWM波控制电机运行;速度环和电流环调节PWM波占空比。软件系统由主程序和多个中断子程序组成,dsPIC33FJ32MC204芯片具有较强的数据处理能力,使复杂算法得以在单片机上实现。实验结果表明该控制系统能满足工业缝纫机要求的静、动态性能指标。PMSM is the power source of industrial sewing machine.The control system is intended to make the motor running smoothly and meet the requirements of wide speed,fast response.This paper proposes an industrial sewing machine motor control system based on SVPWM and MRAS.MRAS references to an ideal model,and observes state values of the motor (rotor position, current, velocity, etc ), SVPWM outputs PWM wave which can be used to control the operation of the motor,current loop and velocity loop regulate the duty ratio of PWM wave.The software system consists of a main program and several interrupt subprograms,dsPIC33FJ32MC204 has stronger data processing capabilities, making complex algorithms can be realization in the SCM.The experimental results reveal that, the system can meet the target of static and dynamic requirements for industrial sewing machine.
