摘 要:利用改性剂之间的复配对高岭土进行表面改性并制备高岭土/丁苯橡胶复合材料。系统研究了改性剂复配对高岭土改性效果的影响,结果表明,当主改性剂钛酸酯和辅助改性剂油酸用量均为2%,稀释剂用量为3%,改性条件为80℃×50min时,复合材料抗拉强度达到12.54 MPa,断裂伸长率为1909.67%,性能达到了自行车轮胎胶料的国家标准(GB/T 1702-1997)。The complex formulation of modifiers was used to modify kaolin and kaolin/SBR composite was prepared. This article systematically studied the influences that complexmodification of modifiers caused to modification effect of kaolin, and the results showed that the main modifier was titanate(NDZ-201) and the auxiliary modifier was oleic acid, both the amount was 2%, the dosage of diluents was 3%, the modification conditions was 80 ℃x50 min, and tension strength of the composite reached 12.54 MPa and breaking elongation was 1909.67%, which made the filling properties reached the standard of GB/T 1702-1997.
