摘　　要：本文从价值流的角度出发,对产品生产的信息流和实物流进行分析,找出影响生产周期的环节并对其进行相应的改善,从而减少不必要的浪费,缩短产品生产周期,提高库存周转率,提升企业运营效率。From the view of value stream, this article had analized the information flow and the material flow on production in order to find out the influence of the production cycle link and its corresponding improvement, reduce unnecessary waste, shorten the production cycle, improve the inventory turns and enhance the efficiency of business operations.
