摘　　要：当前气象部门廉政文化建设由于未能建设长效机制,过于重形式,缺乏机制,未有浓厚的廉政文化氛围,无社会监督力量参与,也没有有效地考核机制。文章通过案例分析,探究我国建立气象部门廉政文化建设的长效机制。At present, incorruptible culture construction of meteorological department does not build a long-term mechanism, pays more attention to the form, lacks of mechanism, which has not strong incorruptible culture atmosphere, and has no participation in social supervision, has not effective assessment mechanism. Through case analysis, long-term mechanism of building incorruptible culture construction of meteorological department in our country was explored.
