摘　　要：文章介绍了IEC60870-5-101通信规约(101规约)的特点、规约构架、正常通信过程及异常通信过程的处理;分析了TCP、UDP网络协议的利弊,阐述了配电自动化无线公网通信中网络协议的选择。结合目前配电自动化试点过程中无线公网通信方面存在的问题,提出了一些有益的建议。This paper introduces the characteristics and the structure of IEC60870-5-101 communication protocol, the processing of normal communication process and abnormal communication process, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of TCP and UDP network, describes the choice of network protocols in distribution automation wireless network communication. Combined with the present problems, the paper puts forward some useful suggestions.
