摘 要:青藏±400 kV直流联网工程OPGW光缆线路是中国第1条高海拔、超低温地区长距离架空通信线路。根据青藏工程的技术和应用难点,必须研制具有超低光衰减、超低温度附加衰减性能的OPGW光缆。通过试验选择超低损耗光纤和耐受超低温度的光纤油膏等新材料,通过新工艺设计光纤余长和应力应变特性,研制成功满足青藏工程要求的OPGW光缆,其光纤衰减≤0.18 dB/km,平均衰减≤0.172 dB/km,最低工作温度可达–60℃,在–60^+80℃温度范围内,光纤附加衰减≤0.01 dB/km。并研制成功满足低温要求的配套金具附件。该产品经青藏工程使用1年多,运行良好,避免了在海拔5 000 m高原上设置通信中继站,降低了运行、维护的困难和费用,提高了通信系统的可靠性,取得了中国高海拔、高寒环境下最长的无中继光纤通信系统应用的成功经验。The ±400 kV Qinghai-Tibet DC interconnection transmission line is the first long distance overhead communication line for high altitude, ultra low temperature area in China. According to the technologies and application difficulties of this project, we must develop the new OPGW with ultra-low optical attenuation and ultra-low additional attenuation capacities. After different tests, we choose ultra-low-loss optical fiber (brief as ULL fiber), ultra-low-temperature resistant optical fiber paste and other new materials, design the fiber excess length and the strain margin properties by the new process, and finally develop the OPGW cable which satisfy the project requirements, and its optical attenuation was lower than 0.18 dB/km, the average value was 0.172 dB/km, the lowest working temperature is -60℃, the additional attenuation was not more than 0.01 dB/ km in temperature range of-60-+80℃. And we develop the matched fittings and accessories which meet the low temperature requirement. This product has been used well more than one year in this line. It avoids the establishment of communication relay stations on the plateau of 5000 m, reduces the difficulties and cost of operation and maintenance, improves the reliability of communication system, gets the application experience of the longest non-repeater optical fiber communication system for high altitude and low temperature areas in China.
