摘  要:介绍近年来桑叶的降血糖活性成分及其作用机制研究情况。方法:查阅大量关于桑叶降血糖活性成分的提取方法、分离纯化和作用机制的文献,进行综合、分析和归纳。结果:桑叶降血糖活性成分有多糖、黄酮类和生物碱类等,都能改善糖尿病糖代谢状况。结论:目前研究的对象主要是冬桑叶,为夏桑叶的资源综合利用研究提供科学依据。Objective:To introduce active components of hypoglycemic effects and mechanism from mulberry leaves for the past few years. Methods:To consult, integrate, analyze, and generalize this property from considerable quantities of refer- ence documents concerning extraction methods, isolation purification and effect mechanism of active components from mul- berry leaves. Results:The active components from mulberry leaves include polysaeeharide, total flavones and total alkaloids. All of them have an effect on lowing blood glucose. Conclusion:At present, the research mainly focuses on mulberry leaves picking in winter which provide sdientific basis for the study on comprehensive utilization of mulberry leaves picking in sum- mer.
