桑叶的降血糖活性成分及其作用机制研究进展

摘　　要：介绍近年来桑叶的降血糖活性成分及其作用机制研究情况。方法:查阅大量关于桑叶降血糖活性成分的提取方法、分离纯化和作用机制的文献,进行综合、分析和归纳。结果:桑叶降血糖活性成分有多糖、黄酮类和生物碱类等,都能改善糖尿病糖代谢状况。结论:目前研究的对象主要是冬桑叶,为夏桑叶的资源综合利用研究提供科学依据。Objective：To introduce active components of hypoglycemic effects and mechanism from mulberry leaves for the past few years. Methods：To consult, integrate, analyze, and generalize this property from considerable quantities of refer- ence documents concerning extraction methods, isolation purification and effect mechanism of active components from mul- berry leaves. Results：The active components from mulberry leaves include polysaeeharide, total flavones and total alkaloids. All of them have an effect on lowing blood glucose. Conclusion：At present, the research mainly focuses on mulberry leaves picking in winter which provide sdientific basis for the study on comprehensive utilization of mulberry leaves picking in sum- mer.
